â—† Adjunct Faculty – CIIS (California Institute of Integral Studies)

Since 2021, Alicia has served as adjunct faculty in the Counseling Psychology program at CIIS in San Francisco. She teaches Case Seminar, Trauma & Resilience: Embodied Approaches, and Developmental Transformations Level 2 mostly to drama therapy students. Her teaching integrates clinical depth, body-based practices, and creative methods, encouraging students to become attuned, relational therapists capable of holding complex trauma with integrity and presence.

â—† Lead Faculty – Developmental Transformations Institute, San Francisco (iWest)

Alicia is the Lead Faculty and Director at DvT iWest, a three-year certification program in Developmental Transformations based in San Francisco. She facilitates immersive, play-based training in this improvisational model of therapy, supporting clinicians to help clients process trauma and access transformation.
â—† Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Alicia provides individual supervision for both pre-licensed and licensed clinicians, with a focus on trauma-centered psychotherapy, drama therapy, and work with children and adolescents. She also offers case-by-case consultation for therapists, educators, and organizations navigating complex trauma, embodied approaches, and creative clinical dilemmas. Her supervision style is collaborative, grounded, and deeply reflective—making space for growth, exploration, and mutual learning.
